21TRA273 Designing School Based Assessment for Junior Cycle History 2021
The cancellation of the traditional Junior Cycle terminal exams by the Department of Education due to the Covid-19 crisis means schools will be asked to design their own end-of-year assessments. This webinar will look at various approaches to planning these assessments, designing effective assessments tools, taking into account the impact Covid and the lockdown have had on student learning, and look at some sample questions based on the SEC assessment guidelines and the sample paper released before Christmas.
