Biography
ECO-UNESCO is a leading provider of environmental education, training and youth work in Ireland. Founded in 1986, ECO-UNESCO channels the passion and energy of young people into environmental protection. It provides a wide range of programmes and services including environmental education workshops, teacher and educator trainings, youth programmes, awards schemes and education resources. It runs the Young Environmentalist Awards, a programme for young people 10-18 which promotes and encourages local environmental action projects.
