21TRA381 Restorative Practice Webinar

21TRA381 Restorative Practice Webinar

This one hour webinar gives an overview of the main restorative practices, and highlights why this is a better way of operating for teachers, students and the school as a whole. It explains that teachers, in fact, already do much of this already and, importantly, that it is completely in alignment with the values that people typically bring to work. Furthermore, it highlights how a restorative ethos can, and should, incorporate other elements such as trauma-informed practice and even mindfulness. Participants will leave with a number of practical tips, as well as direction on where to go next for further study or research.
