Difficulties concentrating? Visual learners? Language delay? Behaviours that challenge?
Visual supports are a powerful tool when teaching, communicating and supporting behaviour. In this 60-minute workshop, we will explore what visual supports can be used for, how they fit into a busy classroom and how do you get started. You will also leave the session with read-to-print resources, so you can begin implementing strategies the following day!
The session will be delivered by Alanna O’Connor, a Speech and Language Therapist with experience working in using visual supports in a school setting.
The webinar is suitable for SNAs, class teachers, learning support teachers who work with primary school (Junior Infants up to 6th Class).
