The course places a strong emphasis on understanding hazards and risks associated with the transition of children and young adults and ensuring the wellbeing of all including support staff on board school transport.
Through relevant scenarios, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to effectively understand risk, support students during journeys, manage behaviour of concern, understand emergency intervention situations, and contribute to a safe and positive travel environment.
