The Behaviours of Concern  and positive handling course reflects on the recent guidance documents from the Department of Education and National Council for Special Education (NCSE) We review the types of behaviours that staff engage with providing relevant and child specific strategies to deflect, distract or prevent the behaviour. We also need to understand all behaviours is a means of communicating or is an unmet and that all children are different and unique.

James Mcloughlin who has worked with schools and various education setting for many years, providing bespoke and tailored training in various areas. All course`s provided reflect current guidance and are relevant to the day to day activities of staff at all levels within schools and education.
