Teachers play a vital role in supporting the emotional well-being and development of their students, and understanding emotional regulation is essential for creating a positive, supportive classroom environment for all.

Dr Clara is a Chartered Psychologist with expertise in Education and Disability and is a certified ADHD Parent Coach. A former NCSE advisor (Behaviour & Wellbeing) and special school teacher, she runs a private practice in West Cork. Dr Clara’s extensive training has focused on neuro-affirming practices, coaching psychology, brain/body connection, stress management and disability advocacy.
