This Webinar is designed for Post Primary SNAs.  

Students with Dyslexia may have very specific difficulties at second level which may make it difficult for them to achieve their potential. SNAs are in a position to provide some valuable support to those students. The webinar sets out practical strategies and resources which could be used.

The content is as follows:

  • Practical strategies and resources to support the student with:

BIO- Deirdre McElroy

Deirdre McElroy has worked for a number of years as an educational psychologist with NEPS.  Before that she taught Mathematics and History to Leaving Certificate Higher level.  She also has a Masters in Special Education and has worked as a resource teacher.
